Hey everyone - Conrad here ^_^. I'm excited to share Well Aware’s first Awareness Newsletter with you! This past month has been a whirlwind. I took a much-needed two-week vacation, albeit in the 1st week of my vacation, I was super sick (thank you, Mom and Dad!). Gratefully, we're all better now. Plus, celebrating July 4th kept me busy, which added to the rollout delay. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

In this newsletter, I want to show you how Well Aware has managed some of its Time, Relationships, Actions, Commitments, and Knowledge within June 2024.

Time:

Across June 2024, Well Aware had invested 1,280.39 hours on our clients and internal projects/operations. We believe each hour shows our dedication to excellence and creating meaningful impact. We value every moment, ensuring our efforts contribute to the success and satisfaction of our partnerships. Thank you for our time. ^_^

Actions:

With this section, I want to share about an operation I'm passionate about. This month, its making introductions. Introductions are about creating thoughtful, effective connections that can open doors, build new relationships, and drive business deals. Whether you're a seasoned networker or just starting out, I hope the following provides something valuable for everyone.

Why Good Introductions Matter

Effective introductions go beyond just bringing people together—they need context and relevance to be valuable. Poor introductions can waste time or harm relationships.

4 Levels of Introduction

  • Level Zero: The Bare Minimum

Simply putting two people in touch without context. Often ineffective.

  • Level One: Adding Context

Provide background and reasons for the introduction to help both parties see the value.

  • Level Two: Introduction Offers

Pre-confirm interest by reaching out to each party separately before the introduction, ensuring willingness and readiness to connect.

  • Level Three: Due Diligence and Follow-Up

Follow up after the introduction to ensure it was successful and show you care about the outcome.

Making Introductions Sustainable

  1. Templates and Automation: Use email templates and automation tools for follow-ups.
  2. Executive Assistance: Have a team help with routine tasks.
  3. Partnerships and Compensation: Seek compensation for introductions that lead to significant business deals.

Effective introductions benefit everyone involved, enhancing your networking efforts and professional reputation. They can open new opportunities and relationships for the people you connect with.

Knowledge:

In this final section, I want to highlight a special resource that Well Aware has been studying. I invite you to check out Stephen Pope's Content Academy Course here in the Knowledge section.

About Content Academy:

We're not finished yet, but we're excited to use what we've learned to improve our content strategy. So far, we've learned how to build a media company that sells, create a successful content marketing strategy, and understand the four pillars of modern business. We've watched videos on choosing content, picking a primary platform, scheduling, and updating calendars. We've also explored advanced tutorials on integrating Frame.io, supporting Make.com, repurposing content with AI, and more. Plus, we've covered recording techniques like green screen updates, phone screen recordings, adding captions, simple scripting, and writing engaging video hooks.

We can't wait to keep learning and use these insights to enhance our content strategy!

That’s all for Knowledge Awareness this month ^_^.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. We appreciate your support and look forward to sharing more updates with you next month!

Best,

Conrad Ruiz
