STEP 1

RESEARCH + MEETINGS

As in any method of problem-solving, we start with getting to know you, and what your struggles are across time and tasks.

After Well Aware does its own research through what documents and data you provide to us, plus what we can read online...

We'll ask to meet for a 1-hour discovery call so we can really dive in. Our aim is to understand & communicate how we can help.

COMMON QUESTIONS DURING THE CALL

Your answers to these questions will lead us to creating the right plan and prioritizing changes to help maximize your time.

Where do you feel time is getting lost or wasted? Have you tried resolving those inefficiencies - to what result? 

Who are your key relationships, and are you managing contact with them well? Why or Why not?

How do you accomplish all your tasks by end of day? How does this align (or not) from what you planned at start?

When are you performing your most important commitments - personal, professional… is this done well?

How are you keeping track of your knowledge? Do you document your workflows, tools, resources effectively?

STEP 2

PUTTING TOGETHER A TIME MANAGEMENT PLAN

From our homework as well as what we discuss and learn through our discovery call together, Well Aware will propose (typically a set of) strategically-aligned action items - a personalized time management plan if you will, for you to take home and use at your discretion.

Our first major focus is to see where we can alleviate you.

DELEGATION

As part of our discovery, we'll highlight each of the major opportunities for you to delegate your tasks, how that works, and in what ways you can assure quality performance upon hand off. Our team is at the ready, but if you want to source your own task performers, we can walk you through that process too.

AUTOMATION

Additionally, we'll look at automation! If a system can do something that a human can do, why not save up to 10x the cost of recurring labor on a pre-made or custom built tool? Our automation partners know how to set you up for success, be it with Zapier or Chat-GPT.

OPTIMIZATION

Lastly, we like optimize what only you can do. If your workflow is faster & easier, then you can take your time doing the rest of your work, or just be done completely! We've seen countless workflows, and have provided an immense amount of executive assistance - our goal is to help you work swiftly.

TIME
 
Do you and/or your team spend an equitable amount of time on work? How much time should you allocate for each responsibility?

We at Well Aware have a process of auditing time such that all is accounted for, using nothing more than your calendar and straight-forward review protocol.
 
RELATIONSHIPS
 
Who occupies your world, both professional and personal? How aware are you of your relationships and how do they impact you and your business?
 
We have an entire library of standard operating procedures around relationship management - our job is to help you identify which ones apply to you and your needs - no one should slip through the cracks - your hellos to your goodbyes should be well accounted for.  
 

ACTIONS

What are you doing today? Tomorrow? Next week? How are you doing it well? How do you know that?

We at Well Aware help set standards for performing even the most basic tasks. When it comes to action items, our processes are very clear around how to document them, and ensure they go from 'Not Started' to 'Complete'. 'Failed' or 'Deserted' are also options for tasks, so long as there's good reason and follow-through where needed. Definitions of done mean a lot to us - we can talk about what they should mean to you.

COMMITMENTS

What are your projects? How are they organized? When you need to prioritize one commitment over another, how do you make that decision? Is there room to remove or delegate commitments to refocus?
